Seven Walls
Having always loved art and painting, I started to notice the change of a few murals in Belfast. I decided to investigate this, and after speaking to community groups I began talking to the local residents about their opinions.
The portraits take inspiration from Dutch painting, while the accompanying fragments of chipping paint are inspired by abstract art.
The photobook piece explores whether the city has moved on from the Troubles and if its ready to embrace change through image and text.
